Had the Swedish head, neck & shoulder massage with Amanda after sustaining an injury at the gym. Amanda was very thorough with the massage & explained things as she went along. After care was great as well as there was a follow up message asking how things were and a video sent with exercises to try when I explained I was feeling a bit sore. Amanda is lovely & would highly recommend. Reasonable prices also.
